II. Purposes
The Data obtained is processed for the following purposes (the “Purposes”):
a) Compiling files for members and non-members (prospects, suppliers, etc.).
b) Promoting our services and events.
c) Identifying and understanding needs with a focus on developing technical courses.
d) Generating statistics for the aluminum sector.
e) Disseminating the ALUMINIA Magazine and informational bulletins.
f) Identifying and consulting government sector requirements related to the aluminum industry.
g) Providing comprehensive service and fulfilling obligations contracted with each member.
h) Evaluating the quality of our services.
i) Enabling the operation, administration, and security of your information, as well as our website and, in general, our management and communication systems with our members.
j) Safeguarding physical, electronic, and database records.
k) Physical or digital marketing.
l) Commercial prospecting.
m) Processing the Data for purposes compatible with those mentioned in this Privacy Notice and considered analogous or related for legal purposes.

III. Data Collected
We may obtain your Data directly when you attend one of our events or offices, by phone, electronically (Internet, email, contact registered on our website), or through sources permitted by law. The Data we collect includes: name, home address, email, Chamber, position or title, association or company you belong to, and phone number. In some cases, we may also be provided with Data related to payment for our services, such as the Federal Taxpayer Registry key and tax address. This Data is essential for providing our services and, where applicable, for billing, and will be processed solely for the purposes established in this Notice.

IV. Data Transfers
Based on Article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we may occasionally transfer your Data to third parties for billing purposes, quality assessment, market research, or to offer you products and services from companies related to the business sector.

V. Data Protection
The protection of Personal Data is guaranteed and safeguarded by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent its loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or improper disclosure. VI. ARCO Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition and revoke your consent for the processing of your Data (ARCO rights) by submitting a request at our aforementioned address, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or via the following email address: imedal@imedal.org
Such request must include at least:
(a) your full name;
(b) indicate whether the request is submitted personally or through a representative;
(c) your address;
(d) your phone number;
(e) indicate whether you accept that notifications related to your request be made electronically.
