Cambios, Reembolsos y Cancelaciones: Antes de hacer tu compra por favor revisa cuidadosamente el número de boletos solicitados, ya que una vez realizada ésta no hay cambios, reembolsos ni devoluciones en caso de cancelación por parte del asistente.
Entrega de Boletos: Al autorizarse tu pago recibirás en tu correo electrónico tus boletos de entrada en un archivo con formato PDF, los cuales podrás imprimir en cualquier impresora.
La impresión debe ser legible, por lo que evita doblar o arrugar la hoja, para que el código de barras pueda ser captado fácilmente por los escáners.
Es IMPORTANTE que al llegar al evento presentes tus boletos impresos ya que de lo contrario no podrás ingresar al evento.
No compartas con nadie más tus boletos: En caso de que más de una impresión sea presentada, se negará el acceso al portador sin importar que te acredites como el comprador. Te sugerimos cuidar el archivo descargado, así como los boletos impresos en un lugar seguro para evitar que sean utilizados por cualquier otra persona.
Los archivos están en formato tipo PDF, por lo que es necesario contar con el Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Do not share your tickets with anyone else: If the same ticket is used more than once, your admission to the event will be denied. We suggest you to take care of the downloaded file, as well as the printed tickets in a safe place to avoid being used by any other person.
