Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets for this event, the attendee (hereinafter referred to as the “Attendee”) agrees to the following terms and conditions established by the event organizer:

1. Event responsibility

   This event is organized and produced solely by the event organizer, who is exclusively responsible for its execution, content, quality, logistics, and compliance with applicable laws. Any questions, inquiries, or claims related to the event must be addressed directly to the organizer.

2. Changes and refund policy

   Before purchasing tickets, the Attendee agrees to carefully review the quantity, date, price, and type of tickets selected. Once a reservation is completed, no changes, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted at the Attendee's request. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a definitive cancellation of the event by the organizer. In such cases, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Service fees are non-refundable.

3. Event admission

   A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the event, either in digital or printed format. The Attendee acknowledges that failure to present a valid ticket will result in denial of entry.

4. Ticket use and safekeeping

   Each ticket is unique and valid for a single entry unless otherwise specified. The Attendee is responsible for safeguarding their ticket and is advised not to share it with third parties. If more than one person attempts to enter using the same ticket, entry will be denied to the holder, without exception, regardless of proof of purchase.

5. Official sales channels

   Tickets for this event are sold exclusively through Ticketopolis. The organizer does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorized channels, and such tickets may be rejected at the time of entry.

6. Event modifications

   The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the date, time, venue, schedule, guests, or any other aspect of the event due to operational needs or force majeure.

7. Acceptance

   By purchasing tickets for this event, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Event Privacy Notice

The event organizer, as the party responsible for the processing of personal data, provides the Attendee with the following Privacy Notice:

1. Personal data collected

   The personal data provided by the Attendee during the purchase process may include:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Payment information

2. Purpose of data processing

   Personal data will be used to:
   • Process ticket purchases
   • Manage event access
   • Provide relevant information about the event
   • Communicate with the Attendee
   Additionally, the Attendee agrees that their information may be used by the organizer and shared with event sponsors for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes.

3. Data sharing

   Personal data may be shared with:
   • Event sponsors
   • Service providers related to event operations

4. Rights of the data subject

   The Attendee may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their personal data (ARCO rights) directly with the event organizer, through the contact methods provided by the organizer.

5. Acceptance

   By purchasing tickets for the event, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Notice.
