The organizers of events are the sole and exclusive responsible for its production, quality and compliance, in a timely manner and in accordance with the law. Ticketopolis® is completely unrelated to the organization, logistics and receipt of payments for the events that use the platform, so any questions regarding it, should be treated directly with the organizers.
